1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of histemo-middleeast.com (the "Site") and to every order you place with Histemo Middle East ("Histemo", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

3. Using the Site
You must be at least 18, or use the Site with a parent or guardian's permission. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by placing fake orders, interfering with its security, or copying its content, images or product information without our written permission. Our store runs on Shopify.
4. Products and use
- Histemo products are cosmetic hair and scalp care products. They are not medicines and are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.
- Results vary from person to person. Follow the directions on the product and on the Site.
- Test a small amount on your skin before first use, and stop using the product if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a scalp or medical condition, ask your doctor before use.
- We try to show products, colours and descriptions accurately, but packaging may change and screens can show colours differently.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are charged in Qatari riyals (QAR). Prices shown in other currencies are a guide only. Delivery fees, and VAT where it applies, are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Cash on delivery is available; please have the full amount ready when the courier arrives.
6. Orders
After you order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price was shown in error, the order cannot be confirmed, or we suspect fraud or resale. If you paid online for a cancelled order, we will refund you in full.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times and fees are explained in our Shipping Policy. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct, and be available to receive your order. Repeatedly refused or unreachable cash on delivery orders may lead us to decline future cash on delivery orders.
8. Returns
All sales are final because our products are personal care items. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, leaking or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery as described in our Refund Policy.
9. Reviews and messages
If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them on the Site and in our marketing. They must be honest and must not break any law or anyone else's rights.
10. Intellectual property
The Histemo name, logo, product images and Site content belong to Histemo or its licensors and are protected by law.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your own country.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
