Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from Doha, Qatar by our courier partners.

• Qatar: QAR 20 delivery, free on orders of QAR 200 or more.
• UAE, Kuwait and other GCC countries: the delivery fee is shown at checkout.
• Delivery time: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Payment: cash on delivery is available in Qatar and the UAE.

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation, and we will let you know when your order is dispatched. Delivery dates can vary with the courier, your location and the number of items ordered.

Shipping costs are not refundable, except for damaged, faulty or wrong items. All sales are final; see our refund policy.
